Study Models

We provide a variety of Study Models. Plaster models provide essential diagnostic information to the clinician by helping to analyse the patient’s dentition and occlusion from every perspective. Impressions are manufactured in brilliant-white orthodontic plaster. Mixing and air extraction equipment is used to guarantee a smooth, even, bubble free mix, thus ensuring that a high quality model is attained every time. Models are then angle trimmed using specialised machinery to achieve anatomically and accurate sets of study models. The finishing touches are crafted by hand to make sure that all the dentition and gingival areas are precise, well defined and occlusion is correct. Finally, the models are immersed in a model gloss and placed into a drying oven to produce high quality polished models to aid the clinician in their treatment planning.
