Laser Welding

Only recently has laser welding been applied to dental technology, primarily as an alternative to soldering.

Direct Metal Laser Sintering

Introducing our latest technology, DMLS, (A 3D printing process that can be used to create fully functional complex metal components), using Cad/Cam software, we can design frameworks such as RPE’s, Palatal Arches and Herbst appliances. Bands and components are designed directly onto digital models and then exported for DMLS printing in Cobalt-Chrome thus assuring a comfortable and accurate fit.

All appliances are fabricated using only CE marked materials.
